CRANE FEATURES

It is equipped with three autonomous systems for assembly: one for tower tilting and telescoping, one for jib lifting and tilting and one for the aerial jib opening.

Aerial opening of the jib is hydraulically controlled by means of a control unit mounted in a protected area at the top of the tower at the junction point with the jib.
Jib structure with double carpentry tie-rod to limit stresses and oscillations.
Luffing jib with translating and climbing trolley over the whole boom in all possible luffing positions.
Possibility of reducing the jib length to 45 m (Load capacity 1,650 kg) and to 40 m (Load capacity 2,200 kg).
Possibility of working with folded jib mt 34 - kg 2,300, 2,500 with ultra lift. Operation at folded jib m. 34 is immediate.
Extremely simple jib luffing that can be activated from the touch screen display located outside the electrical panel (operation protected by password).
This function is also very important for maintenance work without dismantling of the crane.
Ultra Lift system that allows the operator to increase the crane's load capacities by 10%, by acting on the mechanisms. The system is activated through a button on the radio control.
Electronic load cell mounted inside the electrical cabin and controlled by PLC. The value of the weight lifted is shown on a display outside the control panel and reproduced on the display of the radio control unit.
5 km/h wheeled axle suitable for towing the crane on the construction site.
Traffic light signals to identify the crane's operating status.
Telescopic tower with the possibility of adding 4 fully self-erecting elements. These components give to the crane the possibility of being mounted in 5 different hook heights.
Sandblasting and painting of the entire tower, tie-rods, jib and base.
Rotation with 2 motors. The speed adjustment is possible thought a 3-speed joystick. Rotation brake release is executable on backlit button placed on the electrical panel.
